Welcome to Olympic Caravan Services. My name is Les Moulsdale and I am a fully qualified Mobile Service Engineer. My wife and I have been caravanning for over 35 years so we understand how important it is for everything to be as trouble free as possible, both on the journey and on site.
Over the years I have become dissatisfied with the standard of service offered by caravan dealerships. I could see that in most cases they were giving caravanners a raw deal when it came to customer service — long lead times booking caravans in, ignoring customers’ needs, and treating them poorly.
Before setting up Olympic Caravan Services I served as part of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service as a Marine Rescue specialist on the river Mersey. I did this for 25 years before turning my hobby with Caravans into a full time business. I realised that what was needed was a company offering short lead times, polite service, a competitive price structure, and careful attention to detail, with the goal of combining a good overall customer service experience with a high standard of workmanship.
Olympic caravan services constantly strives to offer these values, and that is what makes the company the success it is today. As well as being a member of the National Caravan Council and registered Approved Mobile Workshop Scheme, I am ACoP (LPG gas) trained and I am fully insured and committed to ongoing training and investing in new equipment, so you can rest assured that your caravan is in SAFE and qualified hands
